C-shape purlin and Z-shape purlins are mainly used in steel buildings as the structural support. CZ purlin change over rollformer also known as CZ interchangeble machine is designed for producing C&Z shape purlins with variable dimensions. In one machine, different sizes and shapes (C-shape, U-shape, Z Shape) can be produced by adjust the spacers and rollers. According to clients' requirement, our machine is capable of producing 80-240mm, 100-250mm, 100-300mm, 100-400mm purlins and other customized sizes.
