100-300mm Cable Tray Rollforming Machine, Perforated Cable Tray Production Line

Description

This cable tray rollforming line is designed and manufactured for producing 100mm to 300mm wide cable trays. Main material can be roll formed are hot dip galvanizsed steel coils, pre-galvanized steel coils and stainless steel coils with the thickness of 1.0-2.5mm. Each side of the roller stands are installed on a common base which can automatically move in and out through the linear guide, thus it is easy for users to adjust the distance between rollers for producing cable trays with different dimensions.

Working Process

Steel coil unwinding--->material levelling--->punching holes and patterns--->rollformed to desired sections--->cutting--->final products

1. 5Ton Decoiler -- Manual decoiler or hydraulic decoiler are depend on clients' requirement

2. Levelling Unit -- When material thickness is more than 1.5mm, we equip a levelling unit for good flatness of the material surface

3. Hydraulic Punching Unit -- Punching molds depend on the holes, slots and patterns clients require

4. Rollforming Unit -- Distance between rollers can be easily adjust, chain diven

5. Hydraulic Cutting Unit -- Cutting after roll forming, stop-to-cut type

6. Runout Receiving Tables -- Receiving rollformed cable trays after cutting to required length

7. Electric Control Cabinet -- Touch screen together with button type for operation

8. Hydraulic Staion -- Offer power for punching and cutting
