Description

This multibeam purlin rollforming machine can profiling C-shape purlin, U-shape purlin, Z-shape purlin and Sigma-shape purlin in the same roll forming unit. Diverse widths of purlins can be adjust automatically through the touch screen. Web widths of the purlins range from 100mm to 400mm and flange depths range from 40mm to 100mm.

Profiles Change Over

All the purlins including C purlin, U purlin, Z purlin and Sigma purlin can be roll formed by one set of the forming rollers. Only to do a little adjustment can change over C to Z or Sigma shape. Automatically change over of the purlin profiles can save a lot of time to increase the production efficiency.

Web Width Adjust

C purlin, U purlin, Z purlin and Sigma purlin with diverse dimensions are very important material for steel constructions. All dimensions of purlins can be produced by adjusting the distance between the rollers. Each side of rollers are installed on a common plate which can move in and out through the linear guide automatically. Only to input the required data on the touch screen, the rollers will adjust accordingly.
