Main Components of Whole Roll Forming Line

Function Of Each Parts

> Double Head Decoiler

Can load 2 coils at one time, when one side of the coils is used out, turn around the decoiler for another coil. This can save the time of changing the coils for a high efficiency.

> Levelling Device

When the thickness of material is more than 1.5mm, we equipped a leveller in the roll forming line to get a perfect flatness of material for high quality product. Whether a 5-roller leveller or a 7-roller leveller or a 9-roller leveller equipped depends on specific material clients' use.

> Hydraulic Punching Unit

Separated punching unit with servo feeder has the advantages of high precision and can work synchronously with the roll forming machine. Whole line speed can reach 15m/min to 20m/min.

> Roll Forming Machine

Main part of the whole line, material can be roll formed to required profiles. Entry guide is used to avoid the deviation of the material and straightener is used for a perfect straightness of the final product.

> Final Product Output Support Table

For supporting the final products in avoid of falling down. Non powered support table is commonly equipped for the machine. Automatic stacker is optional if users need.
