Brief Description

This C purlin machine is used to produce C-shape purlins with the web width from 100-300mm. Main components the whole line are decoiler, feeding guide, 7-roll leveling device, roll forming unit, hydraulic punching unit, post-cutting device, finished products receiving tables and hydraulic station, etc.

• Strong Machine Structure: high quality H beam steel welded machine base, cast iron roll stands screwed on machine base
• Machine base and roller stands go under processing by CNC gantry milling machine
• Drive: double-chain drive
• Automatic Width Adjust: one side of the roll stands can move in and out through the linear guide as an integration to change the gap between the opposite rolls to realizing the roll forming of c purlins with different dimensions
• Post Punching And Cutting Device: punching pattens and cutting after roll forming
