• Levelling device for good flatness of the material before roll forming.
• GCr15 roller material and solid shafts undergo heat treatment and with Chrome plated for great strength.
• Turkey straightener for perfect straightness of the step beams.
• Continuous production line with flying saw cutting device, which can do cutting without stopping roll forming.
• Water cooling and luricating system equipped, coolant liquid will spray on the rollers when machine running.

Loading And Packing Details

1. A 40GP container is needed for loading whole step beam rollforming line.

2. Main machine is fastened inside of the container with steel wire with nude packing

3. Control cabinet and hydraulic station are wrapped with plastic film and fastened inside of the container
